01、Production Line System Data Interface Development
Research data interfaces of various CNC systems on the production line, real-time collection of spindle, power, feed rate, tools, program names, equipment status and other information from equipment, and store collected data in database. Rely on MasterLink software system as data carrier terminal to integrate, analyze and display information that customers need. Research hardware and software interfaces for different versions of CNC systems on axles and wheels.
02、Truss Manipulator Data Collection Interface Development
Research data collection interface based on truss manipulator. Through real-time reading of PLC data, collect truss status, component serial numbers, equipment processing component serial numbers, buffer status, truss position and other data. Rely on MasterLink MDC system as data carrier terminal to integrate, analyze and display information that customers need. Make data visible, allowing managers to more effectively understand equipment in the workshop and various situations of the entire production line.
03、MES System Interface Development and Business Data Docking for Production Line
Research MES system data interface. Through ESB enterprise service bus, cooperate to complete relevant interface development based on WEBSERVICE. Our software can read MES work order data through ESB bus and store it in component production line database. Research material bom relationships, establish corresponding relationships between finished product material codes and blank material codes in the system. Through real-time collection of material QR code information at material online positions, the system confirms incoming material information and processing technology. After manual confirmation, inform truss system to automatically execute material transportation program and CNC processing program within the work order. Analyze completion of planned quantity in work order by analyzing completion of each process blank material, and conduct system-level automatic reporting, thereby calculating overall plan fulfillment rate.
04、Computer-Aided Assembly CAA System Data Docking Interface Development
Through data interface development, integrate existing CAA system data with axle production line data, forming product manufacturing history with component number as carrier.
05、Data Analysis and Display
Through analysis of collected data, display on kanban. Real-time monitoring of component production line processing. Real-time analysis of single workpiece processing time. Form quality history according to workpiece production serial number and display on factory large screen. Make data visualization display. Analyze equipment utilization OEE, through interface with CAA system, display statistical analysis of equipment abnormalities and material abnormalities. By setting process time and real-time processing time, display equipment processing progress on component production line.
06、TDI Tool Management System Development
TDI tool data management system real-time monitors machine tool tool data, combines with tool inventory management and workpiece production data, integrates independent tool magazines of single machine tools into system server. Improves management efficiency of entire process from tool life monitoring during production to tool wear scrapping. TDI system communicates with machine tool in real-time, obtains tool data from the interface of single equipment to server database, and integrates and summarizes. Can directly view usage of each tool on the machine in the system, including tool basic information, life and status. System analyzes tool life data of all equipment, can achieve remote viewing in TDI system. No need for operators to enter automatic line processing area to view key tool life data, allowing managers and operators to timely understand whether each tool needs to be changed.
07、Production Line Expansion Application
Based on research results of components, expand application to component production line. Analyze software and hardware parts on component production line. Through unified data interface using our software system, combined with actual production line needs, upper-level work order data can be issued, lower-level can use real-time equipment data collection and analysis of our software, work order data can be fed back, thereby achieving seamless docking between workshop level and upper-level MES system.
In this project, data interconnection was achieved for various types of lower-level control systems, various upper-level software, and self-developed equipment. Truly achieved transparent data business interaction between lower-level and upper-level software, making production line more efficient, quality more controllable, and achieving a new chapter in flexible production.
