1. Project Overview
With the continuous rise in labor costs and increasing customer requirements for product quality, engine assembly workshops are facing enormous challenges. To maintain competitive advantage and improve production efficiency, a well-known automotive brand engine assembly workshop decided to modernize its existing assembly line.
This transformation aims to achieve flexibility, informatization and intelligence of the production line, improve equipment utilization rate, reduce product defect rate, and realize visual management of the production process.
Combining customer needs and on-site research, our company developed a detailed implementation plan to intelligently upgrade the existing production line, adding automation equipment and sensors, collecting data from existing equipment, achieving equipment interconnection, and establishing a production line-level production management system.
Through this transformation, the production line achieved real-time equipment monitoring, product quality traceability, production planning and scheduling functions, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
