1. MDC Data Collection and Analysis Software Module
The customer's automatic line machining equipment for a certain transmission housing is produced by Makino J4 and J5 horizontal machining centers combined with Jinshi automation system. WIMICPS-MDC monitors equipment operation status, operation parameters, alarm information, and production information in real-time, analyzing key production data such as equipment utilization rate, equipment operation efficiency, and failure rate, effectively improving CNC equipment production efficiency and improving workshop-level equipment management, while accordingly reducing illegal operations by operators, reducing defective products, and improving production plan execution accuracy.
2. Part Traceability Module
Part production process traceability is crucial for the automotive parts production industry. Establishing a quality safety traceability system for automotive parts to achieve full lifecycle management of products and defective product recalls by parts and automobile production enterprises, preventing counterfeit and shoddy automotive parts incidents. In response to requirements, WIMI CPS-ProTract part traceability system controls materials in the production process, equipment processing technical data, and equipment error prevention during processing to further improve product production quality and production efficiency.
3. Intelligent Workshop Visualization
As a typical industry advancement project, our company also achieved enterprise management-level remote monitoring and management information docking for the production department of this intelligent workshop.
